Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager – Home Loans / Mortgage Loan. This is a indivudual Sourcing role with huge incentive

Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Lead Generation
Proactively source new home loan / Mortgage Loan high value customers through direct sales, skilled networks, Builder Network and digital channels.
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with real estate agents, builders, developers,



and financial advisors.
Organize and participate in local sales campaigns, open houses, and housing expos.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree from any University
Experience: 3 years and above of experience in retail banking, mortgage sales, or financial services (prior experience in home loans/residential mortgages preferred).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
