Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, retail investors, and corporate clients in the Nagpur region.
Investment Mobilisation: Focus heavily on sourcing large-ticket Lumpsum investments and building a robust Mutual Fund AUM (Assets Under Management) through SIPs and structured asset allocation.
Financial Advisory: Analyse client risk profiles, financial goals, and market trends to recommend suitable Mutual Fund schemes and investment portfolios.
Relationship Management: Build deep, trust-based relationships with newly acquired clients to ensure retention and secure referrals.
Local Market Expansion: Leverage local knowledge of the Nagpur market (businesses, professionals, retired individuals) to tap into unexplored investor segments.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to AMFI, SEBI, and internal company guidelines during the onboarding and transaction processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:



Graduate in any stream (Any finance-related degree like B.Com, BBA, or an MBA in Finance/Marketing is preferred).
Certification: NISM .(OPTIONAL)
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in financial product sales, banking, or wealth management, with a core focus on Mutual Funds and client acquisition.
Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Nagpur geography and existing network/connections within the local business or skilled community.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi to effectively connect with local clients.
Sales Drive: A highly self-motivated individual with a target-oriented mindset and solid negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
