We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is interested in learning both HR analytics and HR operations. In this role, you will support the HR team in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key HR data and understand trends, while also helping with recruitment and daily HR tasks. You will get hands-on experience in hiring processes, employee documentation, and overall HR activities. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with data, and wants to gain practical experience in HR in a fast-paced work workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

· Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements

· Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and role fit

· Support HR operations such as documentation, onboarding, and maintaining employee records





· Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day administrative tasks

· Maintain open communication with team members to share insights, challenges, and best practices

· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies

Skills & Qualification Required:

· Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.

· Understanding of Excel, data analysis, and reporting

· Knowledge of SQL, DAX, or Power Query will be an added advantage

· Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle

· Ability to provide step-by-step assistance, both written and verbal

· Positive communication and interpersonal abilities

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
