Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in handling company accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely audits
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance role
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Valuable communication and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred but not mandatory)
