Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized Assistant Clinic In-Charge to support daily clinic operations, coordinate with staff, ensure smooth patient services, and maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day clinic operations.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, front desk staff, and other team members.
Ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and duty schedules.
Maintain clinic hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and essential items.
Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and healthcare standards.
Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.




Support staff coordination and improve overall clinic efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate in any discipline. Healthcare or hospital administration qualifications are preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in clinic operations, hospital administration, or healthcare management preferred.
Languages: English and Kannada are mandatory.
Joining: Immediate joiners only.
Skills: Solid communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting.
