Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Success Executive to help clients get started with our facility management platform and ensure its smooth day-to-day usage. The role involves handling data, assisting with system setup, coordinating with clients, training users, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, check, and organise client data using MS Excel.
Assist in setting up the platform as per client requirements.
Coordinate with clients to collect information and complete assigned activities.
Visit client sites to train users and support day-to-day operations.
Help clients resolve basic issues and coordinate with the internal team when required.
Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to ensure proper usage.
Maintain records, reports, and client activity updates.

Required Skills




Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and interact with clients.
Positive organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

Preferred Background
Under Graduate or Graduate in any discipline.
6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, client coordination, customer support, or facility management.

Ideal Candidate: A proactive individual who enjoys working with people, handling operational tasks, and helping clients use a solution effectively.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
