We are looking for a rigorous and detail-oriented Senior Quality Analyst to manage quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes across our manufacturing lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical/physical testing, inspecting raw materials and finished products, enforcing compliance standards, and ensuring all output meets industry and customer specifications.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Control & Testing: Perform raw material, in-process, and finished goods testing, sampling, and analytical evaluations.
Process Inspection: Monitor daily production line operations to identify defect trends and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Defect & Root Cause Analysis: Investigate non-conformance issues, customer complaints, and material rejections; implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Lab & Equipment Management: Maintain and calibrate laboratory testing equipment, chemical reagents, and quality measuring instruments.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate quality logs, inspection checklists,



Certificate of Analysis (COA) reports, and ISO/factory audit records.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, waste management guidelines, and quality standards on the factory floor.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Quality Control / Biotechnology or B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical / Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 5 to 8+ years of quality control/analysis experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or industrial factory setting.
Technical Skills: Robust understanding of QC testing methods, lab equipment, statistical process control (SPC), ISO standards, and audit documentation.
Shift Commitment: Comfortable working 10-hour daily shifts.
Commute Requirement: Personal vehicle (Bike/Car) required for commuting to Ghatti Industrial Area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
