Key Responsibilities & Role Details:
Supervise predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Plan and execute daily maintenance schedules, shift activities, and planned shutdown tasks.
Manage manpower resources and provide technical oversight for equipment such as pumps, conveyors, blowers, and mills.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, RCFA) and ensure strict adherence to safety standards.
Track and manage spare parts inventory, update maintenance logs, and maintain smooth coordination with clients and supervisors.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
