Collaboration and critical thinking are essential to ensure that the organization s processes are effectively designed and optimized for better performance and integration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding and capabilities within the project workplace.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication skills to effectively gather and synthesize information from diverse sources.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Skilled in problem-solving and providing practical solutions to complex business challenges.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
This position is based at our Pune office.
