About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and well-mannered Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a professional restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality setting and should understand professional standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
Set up and transparent tables as required.
Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.
Handle guest requests and basic concerns professionally.
Follow all company standards for grooming, hygiene, discipline, and service.
Support the team with day-to-day restaurant operations.

Requirements




Prior experience as a Steward in a professional hospitality environment is required.
Experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, resort, or similar establishment preferred.
Well-mannered, polite, and respectful towards guests and colleagues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualified attitude and presentable appearance.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Willingness to learn and follow established service standards.
