Job Description – Visa Executive (UK, US, Canada & Schengen)Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Visa Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling visa applications for the UK, US, Canada, and Schengen countries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in visa documentation, application procedures, appointment scheduling, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end visa processing for the UK, US, Canada, and Schengen countries, including tourist, business, and student visas, wherever applicable.
Guide clients on visa requirements, eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
Stay updated on visa regulations, embassy guidelines, immigration policies, and Schengen visa requirements.
Prepare, verify, and review visa application documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Schedule appointments with embassies, consulates, and Visa Application Centres (VACs).
Coordinate with clients, embassies, consulates, and travel agents throughout the visa application process.
Maintain accurate records of client details, documents, applications, and visa status.
Ensure timely processing of applications while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Handle client queries, escalations,



and special visa cases efficiently.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, particularly for the UK, US, Canada, and Schengen countries.
Robust knowledge of visa application procedures, documentation requirements, and current visa guidelines.
Experience with Schengen visa applications, including travel itineraries, travel insurance, hotel bookings, and supporting documents.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines under pressure.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in handling visa application portals and online appointment systems.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.

A proactive and organized qualified who can independently manage visa applications for the UK, US, Canada, and Schengen countries, provide accurate guidance to clients, and ensure a smooth and efficient visa processing experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
