We are looking for a qualified and patient-focused candidate for the position of Guest Relations Executive (GRE).
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback.
Guide patients regarding hospital departments and services.
Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
Coordinate with various hospital departments for prompt assistance.
Maintain excellent patient relations and service standards.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in hospital GRE, front office, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
