Roles & Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in daily construction and site supervision activities.
Monitor construction work according to approved drawings and specifications.
Support RCC, foundation, brickwork, plastering, and finishing activities.
Check site measurements, levels, and material requirements under supervision.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and vendors.
Maintain daily progress reports and construction records.
Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and billing documentation.




Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
Follow site safety procedures and quality standards.
Report site issues and work progress to the senior engineer or project manager.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of civil construction and building materials.
Ability to read and understand civil engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Understanding of construction measurements and estimation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at construction sites.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
