Job Title: Study Visa / Tourist Visa Telecaller

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle incoming inquiries regarding study visas and tourist visas.
Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and available immigration services to clients.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into appointments.
Understand clients' requirements and provide basic information about study visa and tourist visa options.
Schedule appointments for clients with visa counsellors for detailed consultation.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment status.
Coordinate with the counselling and sales teams to ensure smooth client handling.
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion goals.




Build positive relationships with clients through skilled communication and timely follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of study visas, tourist visas, or immigration services will be an advantage.
Ability to handle client queries and generate interest in the company's services.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Robust follow-up, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
