About Us:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Fashion Merchandiser with 10+ years of experience in men’s wear, women’s wear, or kids’ wear. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of garment merchandising, product development, costing, sourcing, production planning, and order execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete merchandising process from product development to final shipment.
Handle men’s wear, women’s wear, or kids’ wear categories based on expertise.
Coordinate with buyers, clients, design teams, vendors, and production departments.
Develop samples, manage approvals, and ensure products meet buyer requirements.
Prepare costing sheets, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
Monitor order status, production timelines, quality standards, and shipment schedules.
Manage fabric, trims, accessories sourcing, and supplier coordination.
Ensure timely execution of orders while maintaining quality and profitability.
Track market trends, fashion forecasts, fabric developments, and seasonal collections.
Resolve production and merchandising issues efficiently.




Maintain buyer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience in fashion or garment merchandising.
Solid knowledge of at least one category: men’s wear, women’s wear, or kids’ wear.
Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, costing, and production processes.
Experience in sampling, order management, T&A; (Time and Action), and shipment coordination.
Robust negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising-related reporting.
Experience with domestic or international buyers will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate

A senior-level Fashion Merchandiser with a proven track record in Retail Garments, export houses, or apparel brands, capable of independently handling merchandising operations and ensuring on-time delivery, product quality, and commercial success.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
