Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and prepare appropriate physiotherapy treatment plans.
Provide pre- and post-operative rehabilitation for orthopaedic patients.
Monitor patient progress and ensure timely completion of treatment.
Lead and supervise the physiotherapy team and allocate daily duties.
Prepare and monitor team schedules, workload and manpower coverage.
Guide junior physiotherapists and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
Conduct team training, case discussions and competency development.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing and other clinical departments.
Ensure timely and accurate patient documentation in ERP/EMR.
Monitor patient feedback, incidents and corrective actions.
Maintain equipment, safety, infection control and departmental discipline.
Monitor team performance, productivity and KPI achievement.
Ensure quality patient care and continuous improvement in physiotherapy services.
