A hospital is seeking an experienced Nursing Superintendent to oversee nursing services, supervise nursing staff, and maintain high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 8 years of relevant nursing experience and the ability to manage nursing operations, ensure compliance with hospital protocols, and support continuous improvement in clinical care.

Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Minimum 7 to 8 years of relevant nursing experience.
Valid nursing registration as per applicable regulations.
Experience in nursing supervision, staff coordination, and hospital nursing operations.
Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, clinical documentation, and nursing standards.
Familiarity with hospital accreditation and quality standards, such as NABH, is preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Oversee nursing services and daily nursing operations across hospital departments.
Supervise nursing staff, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
Develop and implement nursing policies,



procedures, and clinical care standards.
Ensure adequate nursing staff coverage and coordinate duty rosters.
Monitor the quality of patient care and address nursing-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with infection-control protocols, patient-safety practices, and hospital policies.
Support the training, orientation, and career development of nursing staff.
Maintain nursing records, staffing documentation, and departmental reports.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other departments to improve patient care.
Participate in quality audits, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Address patient and family concerns related to nursing services professionally.
Ensure nursing practices comply with applicable healthcare regulations and skilled standards.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
