Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter with an IT background to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT roles, positive communication skills, and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for various IT positions through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
6 months to 1 year of experience in technical recruitment or IT-related work.
Basic understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and industry terminology.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is an advantage.
Solid coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
