Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and registered customers regarding matrimonial services.
Explain membership plans, packages, and service advantages.
Understand customer requirements and encourage recent registrations.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into memberships.
Assist registered members with profile details and suitable match enquiries.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good relationships.
Update call details, follow-up status, and customer information in the CRM/ERP system.
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
