Skill Univ is hiring a part time Voice and Accent Trainer for its 45-day Hospitality Technology & Operations program in Madiwala, Bengaluru. You will teach the program's opening week: 5 sessions that build explicit, confident, neutral-accent delivery on calls with hotel owners and guests.

Key facts

■ In person at Madiwala, Bengaluru

■ 5 consecutive Saturdays sessions of 2 hours each (10 hours per batch), program days 1–5

■ Batch of up to 30 freshers; paid per session

What you will train

■ Voice fundamentals: breathing, pitch, pace, pause and clarity

■ Accent neutralisation and pronunciation: Indian-English patterns, word stress, rhythm and intonation

■ Call handling for two audiences: hotel partners and guests

■ Listening, empathy and difficult conversations

■ Skilled email and WhatsApp writing

Responsibilities

■ Record each learner's baseline and track their progress through the week

■ Run drills,



mock calls and escalation roleplays with individual feedback

■ Score the mock calls and the final graded practical on the program's call rubric

■ Hand the next trainer a short note on each learner

Preferred candidate profile

■ 3+ years as a voice and accent, process or communication trainer in a BPO, KPO, contact centre or corporate setting

■ Proven at correcting Indian-English pronunciation, word stress and intonation

■ Coaches from recorded calls against a scoring rubric

■ Excellent spoken and written English

■ Customer-service or hospitality experience is a plus

Selection: CV screening, a 30-minute call, then a 20-minute teaching demo.

Pay: ₹1,600.00 - ₹1,700.00 per day
