Job Responsibilities:
Assist in solar project execution from site survey to commissioning.
Conduct site surveys and check project requirements.
Coordinate with the design and project teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, and project schedules.
Supervise installation of solar panels, structures, inverters, cables, and earthing.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover.
Maintain daily site reports and project records.
Identify and resolve site-related issues.
Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Skill Set Required:
Basic knowledge of Solar EPC projects.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of electrical and safety standards.
Valuable problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
Willingness to work at project sites.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
