Job Description – Purchase Executive

Company: Zenfin Engineering
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Experience: 2–3 Years in Purchase / Procurement in an Engineering Firm

Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of raw materials, engineering components, consumables, and other requirements.
Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely material delivery.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts teams.
Monitor inventory levels, pending orders, and supplier performance.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or a related field; relevant experience preferred.
2–3 years of purchase experience in an engineering or manufacturing company.




Knowledge of engineering materials, vendor management, and purchase documentation.
Solid negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
