Job Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults and machine breakdowns.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
Repair, replace, and fit mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, belts, pulleys, gears, and couplings.
Perform machine dismantling, assembly, alignment, and installation work.
Assist in reducing machine downtime and ensuring smooth production operations.
Inspect machinery regularly and report mechanical issues to the maintenance supervisor.
Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts properly.
Follow safety procedures while performing maintenance and repair activities.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve machine-related problems.

Educational Qualification




ITI in Fitter / Mechanical Trade preferred.

Experience
1–5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance preferred.
Experience in textile, recycling, or manufacturing industries will be an advantage.

Required Skills
Knowledge of mechanical tools and fitting techniques.
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, motors, pumps, belts, and conveyors.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
Knowledge of industrial safety practices.

Key Requirements
Physically fit for industrial maintenance work.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Ability to work in a team and respond to urgent breakdowns.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
