About the Role:
The Wellness Shop is looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage product ratings, customer reviews and marketplace performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve product ratings and genuine customer reviews.
Analyse customer feedback and identify recurring product issues.
Manage product listings and marketplace content updates.
Track competitor ratings, reviews and customer sentiment.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain ratings and reviews reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Understanding of ratings, reviews and listing management.
Positive analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with D2C beauty, skincare or wellness brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
