Store Operations Management: Manage daily store activities, ensure smooth operations, and maintain company SOPs.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, reduce wastage, and prevent stockouts.
Customer Service & Guest Satisfaction: Deliver excellent customer experiences, resolve complaints, and maintain service standards.
Team Management: Supervise staff, allocate duties, manage shifts, and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
Quality, Hygiene & Cost Control: Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, prepare for audits, control operational costs, and achieve store KPIs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
