Key Responsibilities
Build automation tools and frameworks using Python, Go, Bash, or similar programming languages.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools.
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Splunk.




Define and implement Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and post-incident reviews.
Troubleshoot complex production issues involving applications, networks, databases, operating systems, and distributed systems.
Work with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Optimize system performance, availability, scalability, and infrastructure costs.
Implement disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and resilience strategies.
Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to improve software delivery and operational reliability.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
