Role Overview

We are looking for an Academic Manager to manage daily academy operations, coordinate training activities, monitor trainer performance, and ensure smooth course delivery and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily academic operations, batch schedules, and class planning.
Monitor trainer performance, attendance, class quality, and course progress.
Coordinate with trainers, students, and internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery.
Track student feedback, academic issues, and course completion.
Maintain academic reports, attendance records, and performance updates.
Support management in improving training quality and academy operations.

Required Skills
Robust communication, planning, and coordination skills.
Positive team-management and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle academic operations efficiently.
