Softcure Technology LLP is looking for an experienced, motivated, and responsible HR Manager to manage and strengthen our human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Develop and implement HR policies and company procedures.
Handle employee grievances, discipline, and workplace coordination.
.Quality Management / Customer Feedback / Review

Candidate Requirements:
BBA/MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
Relevant experience in HR management and recruitment.
Solid communication, leadership,



and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and employee management.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Job Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
Position: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
