AKRUTI Developer is a real estate development company focused on delivering quality projects and building a strong team. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support our growing workforce.

Job Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and maintain regular communication.
Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer letters and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview records.
Ensure timely closure of open positions and build a strong candidate pipeline.
Support joining formalities, documentation,



and onboarding of new employees.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and follow up with candidates effectively.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
