Job Summary

Thermofriz Products Company is looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in handling leads from Google Ads, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia. The candidate should have excellent convincing skills, a robust sales background, and the ability to generate monthly revenue by converting leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Handle and follow up on leads received through Google Ads, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia.

•⁠ ⁠Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Convert incoming leads into sales and generate monthly revenue.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up regularly with interested customers to close deals.

•⁠ ⁠Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and quotations to customers.

•⁠ ⁠Use robust convincing and negotiation skills to convert potential leads into paying customers.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain lead records, customer databases, and daily sales reports.

•⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.





•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, order processing, and customer requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Graduate in any discipline.

•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience handling Google Ads, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia leads.

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of lead conversion and monthly revenue generation.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

•⁠ ⁠Target-oriented with a solid focus on sales performance and revenue growth.

Working Hours

•⁠ ⁠Monday to Saturday

•⁠ ⁠9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
