We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to begin a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction of current employees
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Help in preparing HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)

Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience: 0 - 1 years of experience
Qualification: Any graduate
