Job Summary

To assist in the servicing, maintenance, repair, and basic troubleshooting of rental machines and equipment at the warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that machines are maintained in positive working condition and are ready for rental operations. The role also involves visiting customer sites, whenever required, to provide in office technical support under the guidance of the Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs of rental machines and equipment.
Inspect machines to identify mechanical faults, wear and tear, and maintenance requirements.
Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical components, engines, motors, and related systems.
Support senior technicians in dismantling, assembling, and replacing faulty components.
Ensure that machines are cleaned, inspected, tested, and maintained in valuable working condition before dispatch for rental operations.
Assist in diagnosing technical issues and carrying out necessary corrective maintenance.
Visit customer sites, whenever required,



to support on-site troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance activities.
Follow the instructions of the Senior Manager and adhere to safety procedures while handling tools, machinery, and equipment.
Maintain basic service records, maintenance checklists, and details of repairs carried out.
Keep the service area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure machines are available and ready for rental operations.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of automobile or mechanical systems.
Understanding of servicing, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Willingness to learn equipment troubleshooting and technical skills.
Ability to use basic tools and workshop equipment.
Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to work in a team.
Willingness to travel to customer sites whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers with an ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering can apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in automobile servicing, mechanical maintenance, or equipment repair are preferred.
Practical knowledge of vehicle or machinery servicing will be an added advantage.
