Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory records. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and manufacturing-company accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation.
Handle GST returns, e-invoicing, e-way bills, TDS calculations, returns, and related compliance.
Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer outstanding follow-ups, and balance confirmations.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and working capital.
Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation,



and reconciliation with production and stores departments.
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and financial documentation.
Ensure timely compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and statutory requirements.
Guide junior accounting staff and coordinate with management, auditors, banks, and consultants.

Job Requirements
5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance; manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
Practical experience in finalization of accounts, financial reporting, and ledger scrutiny.
Valuable command of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software such as Tally or Odoo.
Experience in inventory accounting and manufacturing cost-related records will be an advantage.
Robust analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
