Junior Tool Crib Engineer – Job Responsibilities

*Ensure timely availability of cutting tools for CNC machining lines.

*Issue tools, inserts, tool holders, drills, and other tooling consumables.

*Monitor tool life, consumption, and replacement frequency.

*Maintain tool life records and analyse tool performance.

*Troubleshoot tooling issues and support tool life improvement.

*Analyse tooling consumption and implement cost-reduction activities.

*Maintain stock records, inventory accuracy, and minimum stock levels.

*Coordinate with vendors for tool supply, technical support, and trials.

*Follow up with the purchase team for timely procurement.

*Monitor tooling cost per component and control overall tooling expenses

Freshers with a solid passion and genuine interest in CNC machining, metal cutting tools, carbide inserts, tool life monitoring, inventory management, tool crib management, cost per component (CPC),



and technical coordination are welcome to apply."

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Tool life monitering: 1 year (Required)

tool crip management : 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

License/Certification:
shop floor or tooling management experience (Preferred)
