Job Title: Industry Tie-Up / Field Officer

Job Responsibilities
Identify and establish partnerships with industries, companies, and corporate organizations.
Visit industries and companies to develop business relationships.
Coordinate with HR teams and industry representatives for placement opportunities.
Build and maintain a database of potential industry partners.
Organize industry meetings, placement drives, and recruitment activities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with industry partners.
Coordinate with internal training and placement teams.
Prepare daily field visit reports and update partnership records.
Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Candidate Requirements
MBA fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience.
Comfortable with fieldwork and industry visits.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Preference for candidates from Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Panchkula, or Mohali.
