Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, quality, pricing, and available offers.
Assist customers in selecting products from categories such as plastic, cleaning, kitchenware, crockery, and steel.
Support customers in comparing products and making purchase decisions.
Promote offers, recent arrivals, and suitable additional products to increase sales.
Coordinate with the billing team to ensure smooth billing and checkout.
Check product availability and coordinate with the warehouse or concerned department when required.
Maintain proper product displays and ensure the sales area remains clean and organized.
Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and report unresolved issues to the manager.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain valuable customer service and encourage repeat visits

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
