Position: Accounts Head

Location: Janak Puri, Current Delhi

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Head to lead our accounting and finance function and manage a team of accounting specialists.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the accounting team and day-to-day accounting operations.
Oversee bookkeeping, accounting finalisation and financial reporting.
Review and monitor GST, Income Tax and TDS compliances.
Handle GST reconciliations, TDS reconciliation and statutory compliance.
Coordinate and assist in audit and taxation assignments.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS and management reports.
Review accounting records and ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Coordinate with clients,



auditors and internal teams for accounting and compliance matters.
Identify accounting/compliance issues and ensure their timely resolution.
Guide and mentor junior team members and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Eligibility & Experience
CA dropouts / Semi-qualified CAs or candidates with 10–12 years of relevant experience in a CA firm.
Solid practical knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS and Auditing.
Experience in team handling and client coordination will be preferred.
Candidates should have good analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
