About the role

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Field Trainer to help our field teams build the knowledge and skills they need to perform well. You’ll deliver practical training at field locations, coach employees on the job, and work with managers to identify and close skill gaps.

Responsibilities
Deliver induction, product, process, customer service, and sales training to field employees.
Conduct classroom, one-to-one, and on-the-job training across Delhi NCR.
Observe employees in the field and provide clear, constructive feedback.
Assess training needs and adapt sessions to the team’s experience and business requirements.
Track attendance, assessment scores, and training completion.
Prepare training materials, presentations, checklists, and reports.
Coordinate with team leaders and managers to support employee performance.
Follow up after training to check knowledge retention and application on the job.
Share recurring field challenges and training recommendations with management.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; a relevant training or education qualification is an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in training,



field operations, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable travelling to field locations across Delhi NCR.
Able to explain processes clearly and coach people with different experience levels.
Comfortable using basic MS Office or Google Workspace tools to maintain records and prepare reports.
Self-motivated, organised, and dependable.

Preferred
Experience training sales, service, retail, delivery, or other field teams.
Familiarity with learning management systems or digital training tools.
Experience creating easy training materials and assessments.
