We Are Hiring: Production Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Can Apply)
Location: Belgaum

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of engineering drawings, machining processes, manufacturing components, and production activities.

Key Responsibilities
Read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Support manufacturing and production activities related to machining and component manufacturing.
Understand machining operations, manufacturing processes, and production methods.
Coordinate with production operators and the quality team to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Monitor production activities to ensure components are manufactured according to drawings and specifications.
Assist in production planning, workflow coordination, and timely completion of jobs.




Identify production issues and support troubleshooting to minimize delays and rework.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, workplace safety, and production procedures.
Maintain production records and prepare basic reports as required.

Required Skills
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing parts.
Understanding of manufacturing methods, tools, and machine operations.
Knowledge of basic mechanical engineering principles.
Positive coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
Candidates with practical knowledge of engineering drawings and machining processes will be preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
