About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate HR Faculty to join our academic team on a part-time basis. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and engaging HR training and helping students develop a strong understanding of Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging theoretical and practical sessions on Human Resource Management.
Teach topics including HRM, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Payroll, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Labour Laws.
Explain HR concepts using practical examples, case studies, and real-world scenarios.
Prepare presentations, study materials, assignments, and classroom activities.
Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance.
Guide students in projects, presentations, interview preparation, and career development.
Provide practical insights based on current HR industry practices.




Maintain student attendance and basic academic records.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA (HR), or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR industry or teaching/training experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to make classes interactive and practical.
Candidates with both HR industry and teaching experience will be preferred.
