Binge Consulting is hiring skilled and motivated kitchen specialists for Commis 1, Commis 2, and Commis 3 positions with leading hospitality establishments near CSMT Station, Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and instructions.
Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations and equipment.




Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen staff.
Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

Requirements
