New Indore Super Speciality Hospital, Depalpur is looking for a Receptionist to manage the hospital front desk and provide professional assistance to patients, attendants, visitors, and doctors.

The ideal candidate should be polite, confident, well-presented, and comfortable communicating with patients and their attendants in a skilled and helpful manner.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors at the hospital reception.
Handle patient registration and appointment-related inquiries.
Provide information regarding doctors, departments, OPD timings, and hospital services.
Coordinate patient appointments with doctors and hospital departments.
Attend incoming telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department.
Guide patients and attendants to the relevant departments, rooms, or services.
Maintain accurate patient registration and reception records.
Coordinate with billing, nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.




Handle patient queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Assist with admission and discharge-related coordination.
Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified reception area.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for patients and attendants.

Eligibility
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, confident, and qualified personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good patient-handling skills.
Hospital or healthcare reception experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
