We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer communication, manage orders, and follow up on leads efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls
Handle customer queries related to products and orders
Manage and track orders from confirmation to completion
Handle and follow up on incoming leads
Maintain basic customer and order records

Qualification
Any degree.
Digital marketing is a plus

Comfortable handling customer conversations over calls and WhatsApp
Organized, responsive, and follow-up oriented
Prior experience in customer support or sales support is an advantage (not mandatory)
