Position: Sr. Executive – Fabric Quality & Compliance
Department: Fabric Quality Assurance & Supply Chain
Location: Factory Office – Kalher, Thane
Reporting To: Manager – Fabric Quality & Compliance
Experience Required: 4–7 Years
Industry: Textile / Fabric Manufacturing

Job Summary

The Sr. Executive – Fabric Quality & Compliance will be responsible for managing fabric quality across all stages, from yarn and greige fabric to finished fabric. The role includes coordination with process houses, laboratory management, compliance adherence, and proactive troubleshooting to ensure consistent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Yarn and greige fabric testing at intake stage
Coordination with process houses (job work – dyeing, printing, finishing)
Fabric laboratory testing and management
Handfeel and shade approvals
Finished fabric quality inspection and approvals
Coordination with third-party laboratories
SOP creation, implementation, and adherence
Documentation, data entry, and reporting (MIS, quality reports)
Issue identification and proactive troubleshooting

Proficiency in MS Excel & Reporting

Compliance & Standards
Knowledge of AATCC / ISO testing standards
Experience in third-party lab coordination
Understanding of fabric quality parameters and compliance requirements

Educational Qualification
B.Tech / Diploma in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in textile mills or fabric manufacturing units
Solid understanding of end-to-end fabric processes
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (vendors, labs, internal teams)

Compensation

Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
