Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations at our Mumbai Head Office. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, user support, system administration, and IT security, ensuring smooth IT infrastructure and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and other network devices.
Handle user account creation, email configuration, password resets, and access management.
Install, configure, and maintain antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
Monitor system performance and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
Coordinate with IT vendors for equipment procurement, AMC, repairs, and service support.
Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses,



and related documentation.
Perform data backup and recovery activities.
Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
Hands-on knowledge of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
Good experience in desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and endpoint protection.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Positive communication and user-support skills.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant IT support/infrastructure experience.
Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, Microsoft 365, or CompTIA A+ will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
