Wedding Decor – Event Handler
Full Time | Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Wedding Event Handler who can manage pre-event planning and in office execution seamlessly.

Role Overview:
Handle pre-event procurement of materials and requirements
Coordinate with designers for design understanding and execution flow
Manage and supervise site supervisors and on-ground teams
Ensure smooth on-site setup, timelines, and quality control
Take ownership of end-to-end wedding event execution

Requirements:
Previous experience in the wedding/event industry is required
Experience specifically in wedding event handling and execution is preferred
Good English communication skills are required




Solid coordination and team management skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of materials and production is a plus
Must be willing to work on-site and during event hours

Location: Coimbatore
