Job Summary

A well-known brass manufacturing company is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Export Executive with mandatory knowledge of the brass industry to manage export documentation, coordinate international shipments, and ensure smooth export operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other export-related paperwork.
Coordinate with international customers regarding orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents.
Track export shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain accurate export records and customer databases.




Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and shipment planning.
Follow export procedures, documentation standards, and customs requirements.

Required Skills
2–4 years of hands-on experience in export operations and documentation.
Knowledge of the brass manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Strong understanding of export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping procedures.
Knowledge of international trade and customs procedures is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
