We are looking for an experienced and responsible Commercial Property Manager to manage commercial properties, handle tenant relationships, oversee maintenance activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, lease agreements, renewals, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams for timely services.
Monitor rental collections, property expenses, and maintenance budgets.
Ensure compliance with property-related legal requirements, safety standards, and regulations.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure proper upkeep of the premises.
Maintain records of rental income, expenses, agreements, and other property-related documents.
Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for billing, payments, and financial reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve property efficiency and tenant satisfaction.




Prepare regular reports on property performance, occupancy, and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any relevant discipline; a degree or diploma in Property Management, Business Administration, or Real Estate is preferred.
3–4 years of relevant experience in commercial property management.
Positive knowledge of lease administration, rental management, vendor coordination, and property maintenance.
Robust communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and property management software is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,656.39 - ₹50,924.98 per month
