Knowledge of painting and surface treatment processes
Knowledge of different types of paints, primers and coatings
Knowledge of paint application methods and spray-painting process
Surface preparation, cleaning and blasting process knowledge
Paint mixing, viscosity and coating parameter control
Oven temperature and curing-time monitoring
Basic knowledge of DFT (Dry Film Thickness) and coating inspection
Identification of paint defects, rejection and rework control
Production planning, manpower handling and target achievement
Knowledge of press tools, lean manufacturing and 5S
Chemical handling, PPE, ventilation and fire-safety practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
