Available Positions - Dairy Process Operator – 3 Vacancies - Dairy Curd Operator – 2 Vacancies - CIP Operator (Cleaning-in-Place) – 2 Vacancies Educational Qualification Candidates with qualifications in any of the following fields may be considered: - B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biology - B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry - Food Technology / Food Science - Dairy Technology - Other relevant Science or food-related qualifications Key Responsibilities Dairy Process Operator - Assist with dairy production and processing operations. - Monitor process parameters and maintain production records. - Follow hygiene, food safety,



and quality standards. Dairy Curd Operator - Support curd preparation and fermentation processes. - Monitor product quality and processing conditions. - Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety procedures. CIP Operator - Operate and monitor Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) systems. - Follow prescribed cleaning and sanitation procedures. - Maintain hygiene standards for dairy equipment and pipelines.
